Draft notice

This is placeholder text so the consent mechanism can be built and tested. It has not been reviewed by counsel, it is not legal advice, and it is not in effect. Final language will replace it before launch.

What we collect

For applicants: the details you enter on the application (name, contact details, class year, majors, interests, optionally GPA), the resume and photo you upload, and anything you write on the coffee-chat or scheduling forms. For members: your profile details and your participation record — events, points and excuses.

How it is used

Applicant information is used by the chapter to run recruitment, including scoring nights and discussion. Member information is used to run chapter operations. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Who can see it

Access follows a role: members see what members need, chapter leadership sees what leadership needs, and files such as resumes and photos are stored privately and served through short-lived links rather than public URLs.

Retention and your choices

Recruitment records are kept for chapter records. To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, contact chapter leadership.
